      Tight schedule, but immensely supportive environment with intensive training

      Pros

      *Many parings available *Lots of support from the administrative team *Training was intensive but thorough and there was a lot of support from the instructors.

      Cons

      *There is little time (90 seconds) between lessons/sessions if you have back to back students. But, you can always just limit your parings/availability and space them apart.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Ignite Reading because you can set your own hours and work as much or as little as you want. You work 15 hours a week and is paid bi-weekly. This is a remote position.

      Cons

      Their are no benefits but you can now start contributing to a 401k which has just begun recently. You don’t get paid when school is out especially during the winter vacation.
