      Pros

      For a company going through such rapid growth, the ability to retain our culture has been invaluable. The transparency from the top is unlike any I've seen before - particularly on the big decisions. Ignition is going places and it's a brilliant journey. The company values (we are better every day, we work without ego, we are smarter together, we hero our customer) are something that the team really do live by

      Cons

      I'm actually struggling to come up with something here. I suppose the pace of growth means that there's always big targets for the teams to achieve
