People who refuse to see logic and accept the policy is the policy. Ever got one time a customer threatened me (part time worker) with legal action because he tried to return half of a product and expected a full refund for the full item nonetheless. But honestly, your team will back you up in spite of nonsense from customers, have full faith in your team and trust them.
