      Pros

      working alongside professionals will get you good work experience, especially for the health fields

      Cons

      very disorganized management, staff isn't trained much, everyone is scared of making mistakes and getting fired for it. workday isn't too busy but when something goes wrong theres no way of fixing things and customers get very angry. minimum wage pay. schedule released only a few days in advance, hours get cut without notice

      Pros

      There are lot's of staff that have been here for decades, proof of their loyalty and willingness to help build the brand. There are lots of room for advancement and the owner will go through a wall for you if you are diligent and ethical.

      Cons

      Because of the super low prices, the company sometimes tends to attract an unsavory demographic, but mostly the patients and customers are greatly appreciative of how low the prices are and how the management does everything to make sure everyone has access to eye care and healthy eyes.
