In a nutshell everything. Pay, conditions, communication, management are a bunch of incompetents who have perfected talking out of both sides of their mouths, believing their own rhetoric. The company has gone through so many management changes in the last few years that they don't know which way they are facing. Depending on what day it is governs the course the company will be taking.....but they won't tell you, as an employee, you have to figure it out yourselves! if you like getting shouted at and belittled by dictator types, while earning next to nothing but working 100 hour weeks, so the owner can live like a king in cayman islands, then this is the job for you.
