Strong product line- Xerox is a household name for good reason
Cons
There is high turnover here for a reason. New reps are used to fill the pipeline, then management finds an excuse to push them out and redistribute the commission- either to themselves or to favored reps. Success here is possible, but you must PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNTS. Do NOT allow your sales manager or product specialists in with you, especially on big prospects. If they can connect with your customers to close a deal without you, they will do it.
