      Pros

      I joined imagineX Consulting just over a year ago. After working in Fortune 500's throughout most of my career I was looking for an opportunity to help grow a business from the ground up. The company truly has one of the flattest organizational charts I've seen which allows everyone an opportunity to contribute ideas. Full of Thought Leaders who are make themselves available to the entire staff, ImagineX has provided a tremendous environment for me to enhance my skills.

      Cons

      The entrepreneurial, high energy workplace environment is not that of a traditional consulting firm. It may take some time to get use to the out-of-the-box mindset..

      Pros

      Leadership really cares about their employees. They believe that happy consultants = happy clients Flexible Time Off - they don't count days off. I can take what I need to have a happy work / life balance. Focuses on Emerging Tech. They want to build my skills for the next 20 years by delivering the newest tech. Pay is above average. I think they realized that to hire the best, they will need to pay competitive salaries. They are a startup so lots of opportunities to quickly climb the ladder

      Cons

      Limited travel can be can issue for some people. Since they are a startup, some internal processes are not defined yet.
