Pros
Imagineer is great place to grow as an employee. Because the firm is still in a growth mode, employees have the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility, touch a lot of aspects of the business and see their ideas implemented.
Cons
Everyone is busy so it can difficult at times to get the answers you need or get projects done on time.

Lean but casual team and work environment, flexible, wanting to help you grow in your in your career by giving you a budget for learning expenses, a mentor, etc.. very quickly growing firm with a large client base and a lot of those clients are the best/well known hedge funds in the game, you get a LOT of exposure here to different areas
Cons
None really - an open environment where if you have anything you want to change or say, they are honestly very willing to accommodate.
