-Favoritism. Esp @ the sales team. -Horrible gender rated benefits with ridiculous premiums. What century is this "up and coming" business living in? Women had to pay double the amount than the men for the same plan -CEO can't separate his personal life from his work life. He will ask anyone to work on his personal errands and projects that have nothing to do with the company. -I've witnessed so much unprofessionalism from management it's ridiculous. Whether it's rude comments toward their employees behind their backs or just basic office gossip among mgmt -the office morale is that of a graveyard. I never worked somewhere where so many people were dissatisfied. -absent ceo, managers/directors often worked from home (esp on Friday's) while no one else was given the option, even if their work could be completed from home. Basically if you were management you could do whatever you want without consequences. -no yearly bonuses unless you're in management - there are cameras around the office and a remote director has access to live footage and it definitely created an uncomfortable work environment. -the turn over rate is getting up there...

Dishonest management making their team members write positive reviews for the company to try to offset the negative. Strong arming managers to make their staff purchase tickets to the CEO's Halloween event benefiting his own charity. Nepotism throughout the company getting certain staff members positions they are not qualified for. An environment of hostility and bullying where the HR staff throws around derogatory words. Management that watches live feed security cameras and will go so far as to question the number of times you go to the bathroom.
