      Questionable HR Team

      Pros

      Modern office in a great location.

      Cons

      I regret to say that my experience with the HR team was far from positive. The team exhibited unprofessional behavior, whispering behind employees backs and if your face doesn’t fit…good luck. Unfortunately, the HR director's leadership did not alleviate the situation, making it the worst team I've encountered in my professional career.

      Pros

      Strong collegiate approach and Impax really is a genuine thought leader in their field. Bright people, strong culture in London (not quite there yet globally). Everyone works hard in a stimulating environment and can access opportunities if they are proactive. New offices are a great working environment and the company is totally committed to diversity and inclusivity - but still getting there.

      Cons

      Can take time to bring about significant change and post the Pax acquisition the global internal communications and engagement still needs work.

      Smart people Thought leaders Collegial decision-making process People really enjoy working here! We all feel like we are on a mission together to make the world a better place, one investor at a time.

      Cons

      Pay scales are not high, but are improving. More of the economics should go to employees and current management.
