      There were interesting projects to work on Had always got Social activities on outside work hours Office location was convenient

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the whole exec team No clear strategy to move forward and at times appeared to be a hidden agenda. Poor ethical practices being displayed and no loyalty to employees

      Pros

      Nice location just outside Ipswich town centre. Good pay. Really can not say anything else good this company has been dieing on its back for the last few years.

      Cons

      Bad communication between staff and management. Manager has "Favorites" resulting in biased and unfair treatment of staff. Terribly unproffessional office with horrendous staff turnover.
