      Every thing is awesome in the company nice behaviour, helping each other , stay free to help out any issue.

      But some issue about salary and other every thing is awesome.

      Pros

      Fun working environment with good people. This is a role within this company where you can definitely learn and be challenged.

      Cons

      To simply put it, this company’s leadership is seriously lacking in a competitive/fair growth track for its sales department with current commission percentages that do not align with its profits. .Poor 401/k plan with a 1% match. . Extremely low annual bonuses with zero profit sharing.
