Our benefits (medical, dental, vision, and life) are all through major US carriers, and all premiums are 100% paid by the company so there is no cost to the employee for employee and family coverages. We offer an employer match on 401(k) that is above industry standards. In addition to an annual bonus, InSequence provides annual profit sharing distributions which are distributed pre-tax to employee 401(k) accounts.
