      Horrible bosses and no job security. Join if you do not have any other option

      Pros

      You may get a chance to work on new technologies. That is the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      They treat you like a slave. The owner and managers are jokers no matter how bad or good you perform if you can make them happy you will survive in this company. They can fire you at any day without any warning or advance notice.

      Pros

      - Complex project work is available, which means a lot to learn. - Great place to learn about APIs. - Timely salary. - Annual fun events, like Run for a Cause, Picnic, Hackathon, etc. - Some fun events, like Toastmasters, monthly cake cutting for birthday pals, etc. - Daily evening Yoga session. - A small daily evening snack of 10 INR.

      Cons

      - No architecture review is available for the development work, though a Technology VP is present, who is only concerned about the money received from the clients. - Current Technology VP isn't concerned about the quality of work delivered. - Management doesn't encourage the developers to spend time on analysis. - Work of a particular project gets streamlined only when an escalation happens from the respective client. - 2nd and 5th Saturdays are fully working days.

      1. Huge opportunity to learn new technology 2. Great working environment combining work with fun 3. Management maintains transparency and follows open door policy 4. New ideas are always appreciated irrespective of the hierarchy

      1. Saturday half day working 2. Needs better infrastructure
