11yThank you for expressing your concerns with working at Inbound Call Experts. We treat all employees with the same respect. Some earn more respect than others by becoming excellent employees.
As far as promotions are concerned this is straight forward. Employees that work hard, work longer then there normal shift, follow directions and can show they can lead are typically rewarded with promotions and growth.
This is no different than what would happen in other companies. Promotions go to the people that out work and perform others. This is a lesson that most will see when they go into another company or field of work. Promotions are just not handed out they are earned.
I would encourage you to speak to your manager and see where you can improve, there is opportunity at Inbound Call Experts. I would encourage you to go after it.
