      Inceptial has a good work culture. Work closely with international clients, good compensation, work life balance and exposure.

      Not a single good word to write . They are some money minded people working together to fool people

      Keep a safe distance from Inceptial Infrastructure & Technology LLP They will hire you then say you aren't trained enough to work and provide a freshers training type of thing even if you are a experienced professional. Then when you understand company is not worthy of giving you any sort of growth and try to move ahead right after you put your papers down the company stops paying you on time and later they dnt pay a lump part out of your salary and instead the boss demands 60,000/- as training fee from you which was not mentioned anytime during your tenure or on your offer letter/appointment letter. The total procedure is so fake.

      Good to learn and get things slowly. There are no pressure and good opportunity to prove yourself. You can learn in this company and management is very good

      Cons

      Salary is not upto the market. But otherwise it's a great place to work with.
