Pros
Great people but are taken advantage of from all positions/departments.
Cons
Lack of direction from management and directors, nearly 90% of management within the company don't know what the heck they are doing and merely have a “fake it until they make it” attitude. We should film them in meetings, they act if they are a gift from God but when it comes to numbers...you will find out they are selling at a loss and talk gibberish. High five! And you wonder why the company is going downhill? Bad decision making in every department and it starts from the top, literally!
