      There is an opportunity to work on multiple projects and different technologies. Might be a good place for somebody interested in extending skill set.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. Maybe should work on this on priority

      Pros

      Joined as Sr consultant and playing the role of Lead in 6 months. Have good exposure in managing people, client interaction and part of training programs like Eklavya. Its a good place to work with.

      Cons

      Less onsite opportunities especially at junior level.
