Great culture Management cares for employees Salaries are not bad Culture is the best part. Management even took a pay cut to support employees during Covid

Benefits aren't super great but not every company does - not a big deal

- Very knowledgable and helpful employees - Get to work remotely!

Cons

- Focus is more on back-end development instead of full-stack development (but this depends on which team you are a part of)
