Cons
Turnover and burnout are common throughout the industry, though Independent Environments does it's best to accommodate the staff and have a very supportive upper management team.
The management and administration lack a basic willingness to communicate. Instead of asking a few questions to an employee, the answers to which would clarify any confusion or concern, they take third-hand information as truth and make decisions accordingly.
They also keep dropping the starting salary of a frequently-open position, which I doubt will help with hiring and retention.
