      Pros

      Autonomy, creativity... the ability to really contribute and make a difference. The company also employs some amazingly talented individuals so you're always learning.

      Cons

      Not cons, but you're expected to be responsible and accountable for your job duties. No one is micromanaging you so if you're not a passionate self-starter, you won't fit in here.
