      Great engineering team and culture, interesting technical problems

      Pros

      Engineering team is very talented and dedicated. Management team is very capable and helpful. I appreciate how diligently they work to prevent burnout. Product is very interesting and the technical problems are fun and challenging to work on. Lots of stuff to work on an plenty of freedom to experiment with new technologies and patterns.

      Cons

      Nothing specific, though workload is sometimes high. As with any growing company, there are always fires to fight.
