Deceptive: Bait and switch: Untrustworthy: Was already on an existing contract that they was awarded. Was promised they would keep me on and if not would let me know if they decided to go with another candidate. Their intent was to deceptively contact another software engineer whom I knew and offer him the position without telling me (He actually called me and told me they made him an offer). Offering him the position was perfectly fine for me but the fact they secretly negotiated with him as well as post the job on their site while assuring me I was to stay raised serious red flags. I actually called the hiring manager after finding out about their "secret" negotiations with the other SE and he tapped dance (almost incoherently) for 10 minutes diverting into irrelevancies instead of answering to clear concise questions. They claimed to be family oriented but appear to be operate on shifty appearance by giving impressions different from the true one; misleading.

- Inconsistent application of HR policies - Obsession with tracking miniscule activities reduces morale and productivity - Ruthless and frequent application of right to work approach (e.g. no notice, no cause terminations with no severance offered) impacts morale and reduces goodwill - Duplicity and hidden agendas by senior managers hurts morale and hurts customer relations/business
