      Hopefully It Gets Better

      Pros

      Great learning environment and is relaxed. Very knowledgeable employees. Most of the employees that work there will likely be a main reason for you to want to stay.

      Cons

      Communication with upper management and leadership are terrible but they will place blame on people beneath them. Pay is not competitive for amount of work and there are no guidelines in place for raises. Late (if any) performance reviews, no bonuses. HR is a nightmare itself- do not bother asking questions because they do not listen. It will feel like a family but upper management will drop you as soon as they see/hear you are looking elsewhere. Petty, unappreciative, and gossipy upper management with no boundaries.

We are sorry that your time at IsI Enterprises wasn’t ideal, and we recognize that our company is not for everyone. Working for a small and rapidly growing company in a niche market can be challenging.       I've been here for over a year and still trying to find a Pro, other than the casual dress code and the pay is ok

      Cons

      "High school" environment Very much a clique-based workplace Unqualified middle management If your boss "likes you", you can do whatever you want Insincere leadership No training or career development Very discouraging place to work

We do want to remind you of the many training opportunities that are available, like our internal Brown Bags and regular webinars hosted by Human Resources, as well as the brand new training platform with career development paths introduced at the beginning of January 2024. All employees are encouraged to utilize our internal feedback channels including our quarterly anonymous surveys, open door policy, and suggestion portal - we are here to listen.

      Great Work Life Balance, Good Management

      Pros

      The company strives to provide a great work life balance for their employees. They match federal OPM holiday schedules, provide early releases for special occasions, and offer parties to provide good morale to the team. Most teams do not suffer from micromanagement and you are free to be working and be productive with your own self discipline. Remote and Hybrid work opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Some positions are required to be in the office more than others without a clear objective on why that standard exists. PTO is accrual is SLOW early on. Pay scales for what can often be shifting job duties and responsibilities are a bit low.

We are reviewing our PTO/leave policies and other benefits offered as we continue to evolve and grow, and hope to share those updates soon. We also understand that the varying numbers of days in-office for different teams, which are based on team and client needs, can be a bit frustrating and we will continue to evaluate and update these work schedules as circumstances change. We are also working on updating and broadening our career development pathways and have recently introduced monthly leadership training for both current and aspiring leaders in our company.
