      Worst relieving process I have ever seen. No proper policies for anything.

      Good work environment. Supporting co workers Everything is good until you work there

      Cons

      Worst relieving process. They will ask you to serve 90 days notice period anyhow. Don't care about circumstances in which employee resign. Will simply say if you want to leave earlier don't ask for experience letter. Worst management. They don't have any policies. They are always have an eraser for there policies so they can change policy any time as per there convenience. Even month by month policy can be changed.

      Actually there is no pros.

      Cons

      No fixed policies. Management changes rules at anytime without prior notice. No paid leaves. They never gives u offer letter, joining letter or any kind of proof as u r working there, so be aware. Previus month Salary will deposited on 15th of next month.
