The worst management I never seen in my life(really school environment, do homework come inside else stay outside). About team leaders those guys are nothing. Coming to the account manager he/she doesn't know how to handle the clients, the best thing she/he doesn't know how to negotiate or interact with candidates. Coming to BDM he/she doesn't want how employees are working, what they gave the company. Simply he/she wants how many people are going for a break at a time, who are all taking a break at a time, what gossips are running in-side the office, Changing the break timings and tourchering the employees.
