      Great company but threw it away...

      Pros

      - Pay and benefits were good. - Lots of smart and very nice people to work with. - Some wonderful middle management in engineering (although how long they'll be there is anyone's guess).

      Cons

      - Poor product vision, which seems to change monthly. - Poor leadership at C-level. - It seems to currently be a race to see which one they run out of first: money or staff to keep the lights on. - Any equity/options are effectively worthless at this point.

      Pros

      Travel to the US, the Wework office in London was fun

      Cons

      No product direction. Even product management could not explain the road map. The company was doing well, but switching to only Cloud sales and reducing the sales capability has stalled growth. The good salespeople have gone or are actively looking. When it got tough the CEO decided that cash in the bank was more important than the culture. The open-source community have been abandoned by the move to SaaS the focus is on developing new features for the Cloud version.
