Pros

Day 1 benefits, but that's pretty standard in IT, so not a big deal really.

Cons

Too many incompetent people with no experience are hired. They then take credit for your work and repeat things you say so as to sound competent so they survive. Company doesn't seem to care when it is brought to their attention, problems are not addressed.

Pros

Inforeliance is made of up of very intelligent, knowledgeable people. There's a lot of talent here.

Cons

There is a lack of processes and when new processes are implemented, there is no reinforcement and people tend to revert back to their "old ways" causing extra work.

The pay meets the industry standard

Cons

Lower management has no over site or proper guidance. They act with no code of ethics and blatant acts of fraternization are the norm. Constant violator of fraud waist and abuse, from time card fraud to destroying government equipment due to incompetence and covering it up. Miss leading upper management and denying the employees normal access to the government client and if the violated the whistle blower will be written up.
