You are essentially a telemarketer. Hundreds of cold calls a day, no other type of outreach is being done by the company. They expect you to find a problem that companies are experiencing, when people involved in cybersecurity at those companies are already not willing to divulge that sort of info over a cold call. No real guidance or direction, coaching is completely out of touch with how every day on the phone is. No way to compete against larger cyber companies like ArcticWolf or Crowdstrike. No real company culture, no clear path for career growth. No real commission is earned besides $100 for if a prospect shows up to a meeting.
