      All the reviews with five star rating is fake and is done by company itself to neutralize the negative feedbacks

      Pros

      No pros except the food and cab facility provided to the female employees.

      Cons

      Worst company to ever work with. There is no senior management, as every good employees have left the company because of the politics. HR don't listen to your problems. Managers are treated as God. If you don't have good relations with your manager you are considered worth noting even if you are among best performer. Ceo's have no idea what is going on at the ground level which being a small scale company they should have. The worst part is you are being treated as their biggest enemy from the time you resign.

      Pros

      The standard at this company was very poor. Team lead every 10 minutes interval pinging you about the status of your task. No increment without resign. Always demotivate you and change your job timing. company policy change for every employee at the time of moving.

      Cons

      Company is not growing because not employees value.

      Mass firing on festivals - hire & fire policy

      Pros

      => You will enjoy festivals (diwali, holi, lohri etc when you will be fired on one of these festivals as part of their mass firing festival ritual => Constant job insecurity will make you strong => Join as a group and get fired as a group => Good food for night shift people

      Cons

      => some people who are giving positive reviews are responsible for getting negative reviews. red flag!!!!!!! => Lack of process only hire and fire policy => HR is worst, always busy => Negligible hikes, no bonus and those too are not on time
