      Pros

      IW is a technological company with own scientific department. They do all that neardy things by themselves. It's nice place to learn both inductrial programming and people communication.

      Cons

      Emploees are not treated well here. People are been fired with almost no reason. Salaries are inadequate for their requirements. They definetly shoukd pay more ;-)
