The administrators are super honest and upright. they always support the employees and always help them to grow more and more.

Cons

As it is a multinational, we have to work different hours… we had to be in contact with several countries, even outside working hours.

Pros

There is an amazing culture of positivity and candor. It is expected of you to speak up on things that you like and dislike. From the bottom on the hierarchy to the CEO, everyone is expected to express their thoughts and, if changes are needed, it will happen. Leadership Team cares about everyone in the company and not solely on the bottom line. There is unlimited paid time off, enough said! Infoplus is cunning edge software and its employees get access to top of the line equipment.

Cons

If you are not from the warehousing/eCommerce world, the learning curve can be pretty steep trying to understand how the software is used in the real world. Do not offer 401k match. It is a startup, so changes happen overnight at times.

Out of the five organizations I have so far worked with, this company so far has blown them out of the water with culture, dedication to employee success, and focus on core values.

Cons

It is a startup. It moves fast, it changes fast, and you have to keep up. You work closely with the leadership team - whether for good or bad.
