Pros

They help in visa sponsorship in the UK IT market.

Cons

There is no professionalism. You have to send at least 10 mails before you get a reply. They treat employees very badly. They are not really an IT company. They are more of a glorified recruitment agency. Non qualified people are acting as managers for skilled qualified workers. Avoid at all costs. They get really annoyed when you decide to leave.

The only reason to work for Infoplus is they are located in the UK market.

Cons

1. They do not pay salaries on time. 2. They hold back some salary many times. 3. They do not help you find projects. Everything is to be done on your own. 4. The guest house they provide is filthy.
