    Negative Outlook

I worked at Informa full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

good for those who are starting their careers

    Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, only clicks of selected favorites receive promotions who do not deserve it. Basic salaries remain at graduate flat pay without any pay rises each year. Only the commission will get you by, if you are achieving your targets set. Management are inexperienced who have never managed before and are poisoned by upper management by teaching fear tactics to mid level colleagues. Christmas and summer parties were removed, we changed offices 3 times. Very disorganized company.
