      I worked at Informa

      Pros

In Business Intelligence, you find committed colleagues, doing their best despite the chaos.

      Cons

Empty promises. A meritocracy in name only; remuneration way below competitors (which drives damaging turnover) and C-level management only focused on the short-term.

      Advice to Management

It sounds flippant, but I genuinely don’t think they’d listen or care.

I have been working at Informa full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

A lot of autonomy to get on with projects. Exposure to senior stakeholders across financial institutions.

      Cons

Poor support from management and bonus schemes scrapped despite throwing money into acquisitions- care more about growth than about staff.

      Advice to Management

Informa management out of touch with people in the companies- invest more in training rather than buying up businesses that are difficult to sustain
