only pros is not many people in the office.
Cons
1. They will treat you like you are working in a gas station. 2. They promised me bonus when recruiting but no bonuses after all. 3. Wages are pretty low compared to other companies. 4. Somebody is always watching you no breather or personal time. 5. No new technology use , you will not learn anything new. 6. repetitive work everyday.
