Pros

Teamwork and collaboration is great. Varied work.

Cons

* Micro Management. * Management refuse to accept or listen to ideas and/or unhappy staff. * Large workloads. * Archaeic and unreliable software which make the job much more arduous than it needs to be. * Low pay. Not a great company to work for by a long shot. The staff are not respected as highly trained technically capable experts as they should be; they are regarded as profit robots who are not worthy of management's respect. Management often send out patronising emails going as far as lying to the staff, to keep them under the thumb with the illusion that they are indeed well-treated and lucky to be there. Horrible, behind-the-times company that should be avoided.

Pros

- competetive salary - friendly, helpful coworkers (in the software team)

Cons

- office location - basic chairs (matching the microsoft basic mouse they give you) - 1 monitor - noisy office - unbalanced workflow, sprints not planned well - client driven development - minimal automated testing - requirements, designs not ready before the sprints - ad-hoc adding tickets to the sprint, but often you'll need to ask for something to work on (see point 5) - rushed development, no space/time to have a 10 minute break (see point 4) - rare team building events - setting too high expectation then realistic

Pros

expenses and salary was always paid on time and efficiently. most members of staff are friendly

Cons

poor communication from the top, company ran and owned by people who clearly have no idea what they're doing. they don't reward talent. the business lacks direction and focus. no bonus, or car scheme considering the amount of onsite work. too much focus on GRC and software side of the business
