Pros

If you're comfortable with low compensation, limited opportunities for career growth, and a consistently high workload, this company may be a fit for you.

Cons

The management lacks the competence and leadership required to run a successful managed service provider. Morale is low, with staff either resigning in large numbers or being forced out. I strongly recommend exercising caution before considering employment here.

Teams are quite siloed, which can result in feeling stuck and disconnected from the rest of the organisation if you don't see eye to eye with your direct manager.
