Too much politics, salaries way below the average, commission plans that changes when people overachieve quota. There's a constant promise of career progress but the goals keep being moved when you get to them.

Culture is incredible. They are well positioned to disrupt a legacy tech market. Great and supportive people with a shared ambition for success.

Cons

Pay & perks are not very competitive and there were some gaps (like with most small growing businesses) in the senior leadership team experience & coverage for the company.
