Hard work and professionalism are not consistently recognized. Instead, it often feels like visibility depends on how well you fit into certain social circles within the team. The culture can feel hostile and “tribal,” especially for those who are not part of the inner circle. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere where employees do not feel equally respected or supported. Management lacks professionalism in communication and decision-making. Feedback is inconsistent, and there is little structured support for junior employees, making it difficult to grow or succeed. Overall, the environment is stressful, discouraging, and not aligned with a fair or merit-based workplace.
