Pros

They give out free snacks in the break room, and most people who work there are fairly nice.

Cons

The Inner City Capital Connections Program is an absolute joke. The leadership is self-serving and give no concern for employee well-being and goals. The job is mainly a sales job, whatever else they try to tell you or call it, it's just a bad sales job. There is no service to inner cities or promoting economic development. It's about serving the CRA requirement of large banks and promoting exclusive capitalist endeavors. More than anything this place just suffers from inexcusably inadequate leadership.
