      Fantastic culture backed by some of the best people in the industry. A company that genuinely tries it's best to grow it's employees and takes feedback seriously.

      Pros

      The Inlight staff members especially SLT give so much to the company. They clearly really care about the people and the clients and have created a beautiful culture of learning, care, expertise and fun!

      Some of the projects I worked on weren’t managed so well. However this was mostly due to staff changing
