Some times you can face office politics

No work life balance and too much politics.

Not a good company. Management :- Management is like a college maagement here if 6 years experience employee join the company then they must to call his/her junior as like a sir/madam. Carrier Growth:- Leads Makes a very bad politics inside the team.if team has a 10 employee then he is selected 4 to 5 employee randomly for his/her carrier growth and rest all the people is only struggle here no body would help these employee. Appraisal:- Because of your lead politics your appraisal will not get increase because he is not support you block you carrier growth.In the 10 people 4 member will get 10-20 %hike and rest all get 1-3% percent.too much bad politics.it is only because you does not make a good relationship with your team lead.if your lead if laughing and you are not then you not good employee in front of your lead that makes your appraisal rating down. Time : - As usaual timing is 12 Pm to 10:30Pm minimum but mostly if you join here you stay 12 pm in the night or whole night if are not able to go to your home until you lead has not.your must have to stay with your lead at night weather you have a task or not. Leave:- Please think once before join this company because leave is only getting on those situations when someone is die in you family.otherwise they will not allow you any leave.if you are trying to ask for leave your lead has like abuse you. Professional : No Professional here every employee here is like a majdur except director.

1. Too much office politics. 2. Good for fast workers not for java developer who thinks twice before writing. 3. No work life balance not at all. 4. Extra presure.

1.No training or orientation for new joiners (freshers) 2.No work life balance 3.Inconsiderate upper management 4.nobody bothers to help you or train you in what you have to learn 5.freshers are expected to work as efficiently as their seniors from day 1 without any assistance 6.Poor HR practices 7.Don't be surprised if your seniors shout at you or insult you for a mistake you haven't done but you'll have to listen .just because you are in the team. 8.Lack of Professionalism in their conduct, employees even use foul language 9..Low salary and remuneration policy for freshers 10. 2 years bond of Rs. 2 Lacs 11.Unfriendly office culture with politics and work pressure
