Pros

Good products, customers and employees

Cons

1) Terms & Conditions of employment lousy for employees: I would like to caution you all about the terms as all of them are in favour of the employer. Especially look at 9th one regarding the notice period. The 2nd point reads "In case an employee resigns of his/her own will, the company reserves the right to release the employee prior to the notice period of 90 days, taking into consideration of business needs and work exigencies and the company will not be liable to make any payment to the employee in lieu of the notice period". Everything is at the discretion of the company which they simply use for their benefit. They have 6 months probationary period as well. 2) Not concerned about employees: The company policy is simply "use and throw". Employees have to work without any work-life balance. When the company don't need you, they may create a situation for you to resign on your own and make use of terms & conditions to send you out without any notice, no pay for 3 months and no on-roll employment. They least care about the employee career, finance and family. In that case, you will be without a job and income immediately. Per Murphy's law "If something can happen, it will". It happened to me at the Director/GDC head level and can happen to you at any level. It's just a matter of time. Please be careful. 3) No Ethics & Values: My 3rd quarter bonus (Sep-Nov 2018) which was approved by my boss who is also the co-founder of the company is still not paid. Though it was promised to me that I will receive in Jan 2019 payroll, it didn't happen. After several follow-ups and producing proofs from my side (luckily I have them), Payslip is generated for Mar 2019 showing the bonus along with leaves encashment (I have the payslip with me) but was kept on hold. When I followed up again in August, they released only my leaves amount as F&F (Do you know any company where you need to follow-up, takes 6 months for F&F and doesn't honour a payslip that they generate?). Company HR simply writes now that "bonus is not applicable as per the company policy" - are you kidding? It is approved long back by the co-founder and there was no response to any of my emails so far. Which company policy is not allowing this now? Observe their ethics, morals and values. It's clearly reflected in not paying an approved bonus and kicking out an employee without any pay/notice with no second thought. Not to mention, there is no update about my 4th quarter bonus which shows their irresponsible nature. 4) False reviews: They encourage positive reviews and gave gift/cash vouchers to employees for doing so. You should talk to the current or previous employees before you make up your mind. 5) Playing on employee weakness and needs: They just want to play on the fact that "every employee needs a job for income/survival and will not dare to open their mouth in public in view of their career and job prospects". Many employees are working forcibly because of 3 months notice and terms of employment. Team talk to me in person but don't want to expose themselves because they don't want to put their job and career at risk (I'm sure you understand this being an IT employee). Our corporate philosophy says "don't say/tell anything wrong about your past employer(s)". I understand their helplessness. The company seem to believe that people will join anyway because of their needs. 6) Blame game: 1) I was selected for the position after several rounds of intense interviews including Face-To-Face with the CEO 2) I was given company grants as an exception for my extraordinary performance after 4 months of my service which I received in the 7th month. Here is a snippet of what is mentioned exactly in the letter "Congratulations! we have evaluated your first 120 days performance and we have made an exception to grant you a stock option reward to value your ongoing contributions as the Director of Engineering..." 3) I was invited to USA 3 times to present in QBRs and appreciated a lot every time 4) I've completed 6 months probation and have approved performance bonus for 3 quarters (no update about 4th quarter bonus as mentioned above) 5) Worked hard losing work-life balance and delivered on several releases with many constraints (I'll share details as required). In spite of all this, they simply claim now that they relieved me on performance grounds. They try to scare employees that they won’t give a positive reference during background verification. 7) They firmly believe that no employee would dare to raise their voice or take an action and they can do whatever they want.

Pros

No pros at all to mention except Tea, Coffee and 5 rupee snack provided by the company for the employees

Cons

1) All the positive reviews were written by management team 2) Fake promises, Fa ke employee benefits 3) Very dangerous company to work for. Will get terminated with out any notice. 4) Three months notice for the employee to leave the company 1 minute notice for the company to terminate the employee 5) Never follows the words mentioned in the offer letter. In the offer letter it is mentioned that, 6 months will be probation period, if employee performance is not satisfactory, he will be given 3 months time to improve the performance. But, in reality, employee will be terminated in one minute.
