Cons
An unwelcome attitude for new hires & down the road. Bad communication from management level to immediate staff within a department, which downplay other employees' performance. Not a healthy place to work since there is so much gaslighting, gossip, work-sabotage among employees in accomplice with management, unless you are up to perform at the same level. Discrimination exists and is thrown under the rug.
