Around 10 people left the company over the past three months (including Management, Sales, Staff and Help Desk). * Overall outlook and attitude in the Los Angeles office is grim, even with new management in place. * No one wants to come into the office any longer and there is consistent talk of interviews and other job opportunities. * No work or projects coming into the Los Angeles office due to sales team leaving. * Management cares more about clients than employees.

ICS used to be a fun place to work. There was once a healthy environment with dedicated staff and supportive management. But that has changed with in this year. The company has moved forward with internal restructuring of management and management methodologies. The change is being driven by a single manager. The changes have driven off talented engineers, along with awesome manager who helped to make ICS a leading support provider. Hiring of new employees and keep the remaining ones they have is a struggle. The remaining staff are trapped there by circumstance or don't feel as if they are worth more. The breakdown of healthy internal communication is another contributing factor to the decline of ICS. Management is either inept or overloaded with work preventing them from doing their main function. Which is to provide support, and management to their staff in a healthy manor. Stop demoralizing the remaining staff you have left. Important information is rarely documented or shared until it is too late. This has resulted in tasks and project work being rushed or "completed" improperly. As stated in a previous post the company has a habit of using clients as testing platforms for technologies that are not fully vetted or understood. This needs to stop.
