Small company, not many cons

inov8 has culture of late salaries disbursement. Currently we are waiting for our last two months salaries. In order to win a project, management bids on tight deadlines and employees will sacrifice their social life by late sitting to complete milestones. Cafe has max of eight people capacity and you will never get a chance to take meal at time in office. There is no proper medical insurance so you will hardly get a bill claimed. No company sponsored trips, no annual dinner, nothing here. inov8 works on obsolete technology stack so you will hardly learn anything new in this company after 3-6 months. Notice period length is two months so you have to either pay two months salary to company while leaving the company or spend 2 months notice period. There are multiple x-employees who are waiting for their settlement for a long time and company does not let them enter office premises by making lame excuses and restrictions. Nobody will respond you regarding your settlement once resigned.
