CometChat - Best Product to start your career as a support or custom developer. Because of the diverse client base from all over the world and their different technology base, you will get base of almost all technologies. Great and very supportive colleagues. Appreciation recognition from CEO. CEO sometimes behaves very nicely and act supportive. Salary on time (Mostly). Some new advanced technologies and great learning curve but for the limited period after some time you will feel it as stagnant. Some clients are very nice and they will also appreciate your work. More opportunities to become multitasker and freedom to use your own knowledge for an individual specific client.
Cons
Worst Management and HR team with worst probation and Bond rules. Spends more money on Consulting team and very less on actual employees. The appreciation process has been stopped and No appreciation or support from management and HR team. No change in your designation and after a few years you will be kicked off from your responsibilities. (This happened to 4-5 employees). You will be underrated for your work.
