      Pros

      Inserso does an excellent job of supporting its employees. The pay and benefits are competitive, and the flexible schedule makes it easy to maintain a good work-life balance. Leaders at all levels are approachable and genuinely care about employee success, which creates a positive and supportive culture. The company has a strong long-term vision and stability, which gives me confidence in its future. My coworkers are collaborative, talented, and great to work with. Overall, it’s a great place to grow your career.

      Cons

      There really aren’t any significant downsides. Like any workplace, there can be occasional challenges, but they are minor compared to the many positives of working here.

      People: Supportive and collaborative teammates. HR is very welcoming and always extremely responsive. Benefits: Fair health insurance and 401(k) matching. Work-Life Balance: A healthy balance between work and personal life. Leadership: Supportive and effective leaders. Culture: Positive and fun.

      Great Company Overall

      Pros

      Awesome company to work for and with. This was honestly the best company I worked for in my career. They treat you like family and have a great culture overall. Great benefits package and some contracts offer flex time. I never had issues with benefits or requesting and taking time off.

      Cons

      The company grew quite a bit during my time with them. This led to the inevitable growing pains.

      Pros

      Inserso offers very competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (401k, medical, dental, PTO, travel, etc.). They support career growth by covering the cost of certifications and training and by providing opportunities to advance within the company. Leadership and management care about your opinions and will listen to feedback, communicate openly, and make changes to improve both the work environment and the customer experience.

      Cons

      Like any corporate environment, there are minor challenges (such as occasional communication gaps or shifting priorities), but leadership is receptive to feedback and works to address any issues and support the team.

      Management and Home Office staff are all a pleasure to work with. They genuinely care about their employees and create a fun work environment. Compensation and benefits are great.

      Inserso corporation is a wicked company to work for. They are not loyal to their employees. Employees are just statistics to fill their coffers. I have worked for them for over 5 years. They are not fair and compassionate of their employees. What kind of wickedness is it when employers give you a raise of .49%. You just have to consider that costs of living go up every year and inflation has been rampant. Yet, this company has the audacity to keep insulting their government contractors. First of all as government contractors, we are treated not any better than slaves. You are over worked with no reward. Inserso underbid this contract and life has been terrible since. Even junior who are with AT&T as subcontractors have it better. The get sick days, raise of 3% or better, family leave and other great benefits.

      Hosts company team building outside of work, great environment, great benefits.

      Cons

      Yearly raises could be considered to be low. Not the normal 3+%. You'll be looking more at any where from 0-1%.
