      Small but Mighty!

      Pros

      IHE might be a smaller organization in terms of employee count but this enables each employee to see their work have an impact against the company's unified goals! We all know each other and have regular conversations with leadership. The company is very transparent compared to other firms I have worked for. IHE is a recognized and respected organization. We can take pride in the work we do as an organization and the impact we have on the education community! The company offers amazing healthcare benefits compared to my previous organizations!

      Cons

      - Limited headcount can lead to heavy workloads or multiple hats - Slow but *improving* change in culture (Requires employee buy-in)

      I cannot think of any. There were a few very nice people.

      Cons

      - too much tittle-tattle - very conniving & vindictive corporate culture - not enough opportunity for advancedment - very caballing

We thrive via collaboration and teamwork and I'm sorry you felt like you did not have a positive relationship with your colleagues. I hope you have found a new place that is a better fit.
