      Pros

      Professionalism among staff is a huge benefit when working at Insight. It is a culture of growth and personal enrichment. The staff have a genuine passion to help our clients and serve their best interests. Team accountability helps the various departments focus on desired goals. The Covid protocols/response demonstrated the resilience of the agency. Work Culture

      Cons

      Being a smaller provider to the BH needs of our community than the local hospitals and LMEs, we cannot compete with their larger budgets. So there is an on-going loss of Insight trained personnel.

      All the supervisors were quick to work with you Very good training and skills taught, a lot of education offered Upper level mgmt very involved in the day-to-day operations A good bit of employee appreciation shown

      Cons

      The peer support position was grant-funded, and the grant wasn't renewed No one up here knew what peer support was, so no one knew exactly what I was meant to do in the first month or so!
